Ercus Stewart is a Senior Counsel (Barrister) and Arbitrator (international and domestic).
He was called to the Bar of Ireland in 1970 and to the Bars of Northern Ireland, England and Wales and New South Wales.

He has practised at the Bar since 1970. His practice includes Commercial and Civil Law, Contract, Employment Law and also International and Domestic Commercial Arbitration.
He practises from Chambers at The Law Library, 145-151 Church Street, Dublin 7, Ireland (Located alongside the Four Courts).
Ercus Stewart writes and lectures extensively on Arbitration Law and Employment Law. 

Mr. Stewart has authored several books including:
